SESSION INFORMATION
- Q: How long is a typical session last?
- A: Our session are typically 3-5 days in length; 6 hours per day.
- Q: Where are you located?
- A:Our office is in Palm Desert CA but we available for travel as well
- Q: How long have you been treating tinnitus?
- A: Ron is a life long musician and was a tinnitus sufferer for many years. He began searching for answers to quiet the noise in his head in 1998. His search eventually led him to one of the top tinnitus practitioners in the world; Kevin Hogan. Ron and Kevin shared a common bond, became friends, then business partners in 1999 and at that time was personally trained in tinnitus therapy by Kevin. They remain very good friends today and although Kevin doesn't see clients anymore for tinnitus, Ron is one of only 2-3 people worldwide that Kevin will refer clients too.
- Q: How do I get to your offices?
- A: If coming into Palm Desert location; fly into Palm Springs airport. Palm Desert is an amazing location approx. 20 mins east of Palm Springs.

- Q: Do you serve meals or have accommodations?
- A: We will typicality serve a lunch meal depending on location and dietary needs of the client. We do not have accommodations for clients but do have an extensive list of B&B's, hotels and resorts in the Palm Springs area
- Q: What can I expect from my sessions?
- A: Most clients achieve a significant reduction in their "T". or sound. What your success will be is completely individual to you. But imagine it this way...if your "T" or sound could go from a max of 9-10 down to a 2-3 would that be considered a success? If you were able to understand exactly the what, why , where and how you came to hear this "sound, take back control of your life and move forward, would that be considered a success?
- Q: What sort of drugs or medication do you recommend?
- A: Our program is completely holistic; we do not prescribe drugs of any kind. We are not opposed to using medications when necessary and if needed we can/will work with your MD to make sure they understand what is needed. That being said we do not make any claims to "cure" tinnitus in 3-5 days or "cure" tinnitus at all for that matter. Please beware of ANY practitioner, potion, lotion, pill or magic elixir that makes any such claims as they are simply NOT true.
- Q: If you don't use medication how does your program work?
- A: Using a combination of many modalities; hypnotherapy, REM, cognitive behavior therapy, ERT, counseling being some of many we might use, we believe that tinnitus, no matter what sound you may be experiencing comes from an emotional root cause, which is typically overlaid many, many times so that it becomes a new "default" pathway. We treat tinnitus as a symptom of a much larger "life" picture which is at work instead of tinnitus itself being the cause. Stress tends to greatly elevate, compound or magnify the sound so trying to "ignore" it away simply allows the client to actually FOCUS on the sound even more. We teach all of our clients many different forms of self hypnosis and relaxation techniques to combat daily bouts of stress. In time, these methods begin to develop and strengthen new neural pathways which result in a new default system when it comes to dealing with stressful situations. - Q: Do I need a followup?
- A: We highly recommend a followup visit in person, via Skype, phone or video call approx 4-6 weeks after your session concludes to check in with how your doing and followup with any issues that have arisen during that time.
- Q: This all sounds great; how do I book my session?
- A: To book your session please call our offices at 360.387.1197. We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your dates and gladly accept all major cards.

- We cannot and will not make false promises of eliminating your tinnitus in 3-5 days. That claim would be irresponsible and simply not true. What we do promise our clients is that we will use all of our knowledge, talent, experience and do everything we humanly can to reduce the volume of the sound they are experiencing.
